Our luxury facilities are delivered to your event and set up by our fully trained staff.

Each unit is fitted out to a high spec; including hot running water, flush-able toilets, large mirrors, heaters and baby changing facilities (if required) - you can even have your favourite music playing through the sound system on board!

residences and wedding venues to fields and event showgrounds.

Here are a few of our frequently asked questions regarding hire for weddings

  • What is included in the price that I pay for toilet hire at my Wedding?

    Delivery and collection, set-up and testing plus consumables including luxury soaps, moisturisers, loo rolls, hand towels plus a 24 hour customer telephone hot-line, should you need to contact us urgently. Our units arrive fully stocked and ready to use once set up on site.

  • What do the units need to run?

    All we need is power, a 13 amp socket will do. If you are hiring a generator then that is ok as well, as we can connect to a standard 16 amp supply on a c-form socket. Access to a water supply is sometimes helpful, depending on the event, but is not essential. However, these are details we will go through with you before you commit to hiring a unit.   • Where will the toilet(s) be positioned?

    The single most important consideration is to ensure you have adequate space for a medium size van or 4×4 vehicle with trailer to deliver the toilet(s). As a rough guide, please allow 9ft width and 12ft height clearance at the site location. Additional space needs to be allowed for manoeuvring, turning and getting in to the mobile toilet unit. Toilets should be placed on flat, firm ground (ideally gravel, tarmac, concrete or hard-standing), but can also be on grass as long as it’s not too wet!). We don’t want to damage lawns or driveways when man-handling toilets into their final position, so it’s always worth having a ‘Plan B’ for where to site the units as unfortunately we cannot be liable for any accidental damage caused at the delivery address.

  • Can a toilet be built into a marquee?

    Absolutely. This is a particularly good idea during the winter. As all marquees are different, we would advise that your marquee company/event manager contact us to run through your requirements.

  • What if there is a technical problem on site?

    All of our luxury portable toilet units are very new and well looked after which makes them extremely reliable, but for peace of mind we provide an emergency hot-line for our customers to call us on if there are any problems during the event. We will always try and solve any problems initially over the phone (sometimes people simply forget to turn on the power!), and if that fails then we will send out a technician to remedy the problem. You are not charged for this service, however if our technician is called out without due cause then a call-out charge will be payable.
